The recruiter deciding if you're worth the call. The potential client checking if you actually get their world. Your boss or work colleague. The partner Googling your name before they agree to meet.
Most people update their profile when they're job hunting, then forget it exists for two years.
Opportunity doesn't send a calendar invite. It takes three seconds to size you up and moves on.
Your banner and headline do the work before anyone reads a word. If they don't immediately answer 'who is this and why should I care?', you've already lost.
Not because your experience isn't solid, because you've buried it where nobody looks.
